做法
1. | 白蘿蔔削皮後切成大塊。 |
2. | 將排骨湯頭燒滾後放入白蘿蔔塊。等湯再滾後﹐將浮在湯上的泡沫渣滓撇掉。 |
3. | 加入鹽加蓋用中小火煮 25 分鐘即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Peel the daikon and cut it into big chunks. |
2. | Bring the spare rib soap base to a boil. Add the daikon. When the soup is boiling again, skim off the foams on top of the soup. |
3. | Add salt for seasoning. Cover and cook in medium-low heat for 25 minutes. |
